My remote-control doesnt work!

Answer 1:
-please note that the supplied multi connector cable has to be connected because of its integrated IR-receiver.
-please make sure you have activated the 'Remote Control Editor' (in Background).
-install the 'Remote Control Editor' Software from the supplied CD or download the latest version from our website.
-start the 'Remote Control Editor' under 'Start' -> 'Software' -> 'TerraTec' -> 'RemoteControl' -> 'Remote Control Editor'.

Can I use the Cinergy remote-control with other devices like television, CD-Player, etc?

Answer 2:
No, the Cinergy remote-control only works with the Remote Control Editor-Software. The software can be programmed, not the remote-control.

Can I control the Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS Software with the remote control from another device??

Answer 3:
In der Regel nicht. Wenn Sie allerdings eine lernende Fernbedienung besitzen, können Sie die Funktionen der Cinergy-Fernbedienung natürlich trainieren.

Beim Sendersuchlauf werden keine oder nicht alle verfügbaren Sender gefunden.

Answer 4:
Vermutlich ist der Empfang zu schlecht. Bitte suchen Sie eine andere Position für die Antenne. Alternativ können Sie, wenn vorhanden, die Cinergy A USB XS an einer Dachantenne betreiben.

Question 5:
Kann ich eine aktive Antenne an der Cinergy A USB XS anschließen?

Answer 5:
Ja, wenn die Antenne über ein eigenes Netzteil mit Strom versorgt wird. Aktive Antennen, die über den Empfänger mit Strom versorgt werden, können nicht verwendet werden, da der USB-Anschluss nicht genügend Strom zur Verfügung stellt.

Es ist kein Ton zu hören.

-Öffnen Sie bitte 'Systemsteuerung' -> 'Sounds und Audiogeräte' -> 'Audio' und stellen sicher das als Standartaufnahmegerät 'Cinergy A USB XS' ausgewählt ist.
