Question 1:
Not all channels are found after the scan has been made.

Answer 1:
Please install the latest version of the TerraTec Home Cinema software from our website, the first release of the software could have a problem in some regions.
Be sure you've selected the DVB-T tuner in the channel search.
Verify the small antenna is connected right, the gears have to snap in.
The TV reception is probably to low. Please relocate the antenna. You can also run the Cinergy Piranha connected to a active or a roof antenna.

Question 2:
Can I connect an active antenna to the Cinergy Piranha?

Answer 2:
Yes, but the antenna has to have its own power supply. The USB port doesnt supply enough energy to power up an active antenna.

When using the 'Cinergy Piranha under Windows MCE a decoder error appears.

Answer 3:
Please install a mpeg2 decoder through the installation of a software dvd-player like 'Cyberlink PowerDVD'.

Please start the 'Media Center-Setup' again to initialize the tuner hardware.
