Why is the timeshifting not working?
Answer 1:
-Timeshifting is by default deactivated
You can activate it in the PowerCinema Settings under 'TV' -> 'TV-Settings' -> 'Activate Timeshifting'
Question 2:
Not all channels are found after the scan has been made.
Answer 2:
The TV reception is probably to low. Please relocate the antenna. You can also run the Cinergy T USB XS connected to a roof areal.

Can I connect an active antenna to the Cinergy T USB XS?
Answer 3:
Yes, but the antenna has it own power supply. The USB port doesnt supply enough energy to power up an active antenna.

The digital DVB-T scan doesnt start!
Answer 4:
-please make sure you have connected a DVB-T compatible antenna and that you are located in a coverage area.
-Install the 'Cinergy T USB XS' to another free USB 2.0 port, also try when no other USB device (like scanner, webcam... etc) are connected.
-There could be a problem with the Windows Systemfile 'PsisDecd.dll'. In safe mode, you can extract the file from the archive 'i386\Driver.CAB' (Windows XP with ServicePack 1) or from the achive 'i386\SP2.CAB' (Windows XP with ServicePack 2) and copy it to the 'Windows\System32\' directory.
